Raising a Stink: USU Undergrad Rears Invasive Crop Pests for Research

James Withers is studying the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug under the direction Dr. Diane Alston. The insect is an invasive species from eastern Asia that is causing a lot of havoc among Utah growers and property owners. Withers will be presenting his findings about the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug at 2018 Undergradate Reserach Day on Feb. 28 on Utah's Capitol Hill.
